Building your profile

The four onboarding steps and what profile strength actually measures.

You cannot browse jobs until your profile is set up. It is four steps and the app returns you to whichever one is unfinished.

  1. 01

    Role and seniority

What you do and how experienced you are. This is the first thing a client filters on.

  2. 02

    Skills

What you want to be found for. Be specific — these match you to job posts.

  3. 03

    Job preferences

Your rate, availability, country, and timezone. Timezone defaults to Asia/Jakarta.

  4. 04

    Experience and projects

Past work, projects, and portfolio links. Descriptions support rich formatting, and there is an AI helper for a first draft.

Profile strength

The percentage on your home page reflects how complete your profile is. It is not a score of how good you are — it is a checklist. Clients see an incomplete profile as a risk, so push it as high as you can before applying.

Everything is editable later from your Profile page. There is no separate settings page — account and profile live together.
