Apply tokens
You get 10 free every month. They reset, they do not stack, and they are never refunded.
Applying to a job costs one apply token. The balance sits next to the bell in your top bar. Tokens exist so that job posts get considered applications rather than mass-blasted ones.

Withdrawing an application does not give the token back, and neither does being rejected or not selected. Once spent, it is gone. Read the job properly before you apply.
Because tokens reset rather than accumulate, there is no benefit to hoarding them. If you have unused tokens near the end of the month, they are worth spending on a genuine application.
