Finding jobs and applying
Browsing, writing a cover letter, setting your bid, and why Apply is sometimes disabled.
Your home page is the job feed. Filter by category, open anything that fits, and check the client company profile and their reviews before spending a token.
The application
- A cover letter — at least 30 characters, up to 5000. "Write with AI" and "Improve with AI" can give you a starting draft.
- Your bid — what you want to be paid for the whole job, in rupiah.
Bid the gross amount, not your take-home. Freelo deducts 10% from the payout, so a Rp 5.000.000 bid pays you Rp 4.500.000.
Why the Apply button is disabled
| Reason | Fix |
|---|---|
| You already applied | Check your Applications page for the thread. |
| Your KYC is not verified | Finish verification. Pending counts as not verified. |
| You are out of tokens | Wait for the monthly reset. |
Use the AI helper as a draft, not a submission. Clients read a lot of applications and generic ones are obvious. Mention something specific from the job post.
