Account: name, email, role, and password-free sign-in codes.

Identity (talent): government ID number and document, and bank account details, collected for KYC verification and payouts.

Profile & activity: skills, rates, portfolio, job posts, proposals, messages, contracts, and reviews.

Technical: device and usage data needed to operate and secure the service.

To operate the marketplace: matching clients and talent, running contracts and escrow, verifying identity, processing payouts, preventing fraud, resolving disputes, and sending service notifications. We do not sell your personal data.

We share only what is necessary with the providers that run the service: DOKU (payments and payouts), Resend (transactional email), and Google Cloud (hosting and storage). KYC documents are stored in restricted storage and are visible only to authorised Freelo staff for verification.

A talent's public profile (name, headline, skills, reviews) is visible to signed-in clients. Aggregate, non-identifying figures may appear on our public pages.

Freelo does not store passwords. Email sign-in uses a one-time code sent to your inbox, so there is no password hash to leak.

We keep your data while your account is active and as required to meet legal, tax, and fraud-prevention obligations. You may request deletion of your account; some records tied to completed financial transactions must be retained by law.

You may access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data, and object to certain processing, subject to applicable Indonesian data-protection law. To exercise these rights, contact us using the details below.
