Leaving a review after completion, and the one you receive back.
Once a contract is completed, both sides can review each other. Reviews appear on the contract, on your company profile, and on the talent profile — they are what makes the next hire easier for everyone.
A review is a star rating plus a short written comment. Reviews only exist on completed contracts, so nobody can be rated for work that never happened.
Talents check client reviews before applying. A client with real reviews attracts noticeably better applications.
