Posting a job
The six-step wizard, the limits on each field, and what happens after you publish.
A job is built in six steps. Your progress is saved as a draft as you go, so you can leave and come back — the app reopens at the first step you have not finished.
- 01
Title and category
The title must be at least 8 characters. This step creates the draft.
- 02
Description and attachments
At least 30 characters. "Write with AI" and "Improve with AI" are available. You can attach up to 5 files, 10 MB each, PDF or images only.
- 03
Skills
Search or pick from popular chips. Maximum 15 skills. These drive who finds your job.
- 04
Scope and dates
Scope is small, medium, or large. Pick an expected duration. Start date is optional; a due date is required.
- 05
Budget
A minimum and maximum in rupiah. Fixed price only — hourly is not available yet.
- 06
Review and publish
Every answer is listed with an edit icon beside it. Publish makes the job visible to talent.
If Publish reports that some steps are incomplete, go back through the review list — a required field was left empty.
After publishing
You can still edit a live job through the same review screen, but changes go live immediately — there is no second publish step and no draft copy. Talents who already applied see the updated post.
Job statuses
| Status | What it means |
|---|---|
| Draft | Not visible to anyone. Still in the wizard. |
| Open | Published and accepting applications. |
| In progress | You hired someone; a contract exists. |
| Completed | The contract finished and the escrow released. |
| Closed | You stopped accepting new applications. |
| Cancelled | The job ended without a completed contract. |
Closing a job
Closing stops new applications arriving. It does not end conversations — you can still chat with people who already applied, and still hire one of them.
